Cultivation of Daphnia similis Species in Standard Conditions

Abstract: Daphnia is an organism used for ecotoxicity tests to evaluate acute or chronic toxic effects of substances and effluents on an organism’s population. Daphnia must be cultivated under standard conditions to reproduce themselves.
