Nghiên cứu này được thiết kế nhằm mục đích khám phá và xác định các hướng nghiên cứu chủ yếu liên quan đến chủ đề về trách nhiệm xã hội của doanh nghiệp (CSR) và cam kết với tổ chức. Dữ liệu được thu thập dựa vào việc truy xuất hệ thống cơ sở dữ liệu Scopus với 212 tài liệu được công bố từ năm 2006 đến 2023. Phương pháp nghiên cứu được thực hiện đó chính là việc phân tích thống kê mô tả, phân tích trắc nghiệm thư mục qua công cụ hỗ trợ là phần mềm VOSviewer 1.6.20. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy các công bố về chủ đề CSR và cam kết với tổ chức được chia thành 5 nhóm tác giả chính với 4 hướng nghiên cứu chủ yếu có liên quan đến việc phát triển các khía cạnh khác nhau. Kết quả nghiên cứu góp phần hệ thống hóa được lý thuyết về chủ đề và từ đó giúp cho các nhà nghiên cứu xác định và xây dựng mô hình phù hợp cho các nghiên cứu trong tương lai.

Many factors influence the prices of energy commodities and the value of energy and fuel companies. Among them there are the following factors: economic, social, environmental and political, and recently also the COVID-19 pandemic. The aim of the paper is to examine what the probability and intensity of a decrease in the prices of shares of energy and fuel companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (Poland) was during the first wave of the pandemic in the first quarter of 2020. The study used the survival analysis methods: the Kaplan-Meier estimator, the test of equality of duration curves and the Cox non-proportional hazards model. The analysis showed that the probability and intensity of price decline of energy and fuel companies in the initial period was the same as that of other companies. The differences become apparent only after 50 days from the established maximum of their value. The risk of price declines in energy and fuel companies increased significantly. This situation was related both to a temporary reduction in demand for energy and fuels, pandemic restrictions introduced in individual countries and the behaviour of stock market investors.

Purpose -This case study paper has the purpose of showing that both processes of hardwiring and soft wiring together is essential for embedding corporate responsibility across a global organisation to achieve lasting change.Design/methodology/approach -The approach taken in this paper is first to describe the experiences in the Shell Group in terms of tools and approaches. In Shell, governance and business processes are being aligned, ''hardwired'', while communications, leadership development programmes and competency frameworks reach the ''hearts and minds'' of Shell people -''soft wiring''. Informal networks tap into the enthusiasm of people, developing intrinsic motivation. These experiences of Shell are then compared with the sense making model of Cramer et al. Findings -The findings show a high level of alignment.Practical implications -The practical implication of this finding is that hardwiring and softwiring processes appear to be a vital combination for changing the way business do things.Originality/value -The value of this paper lies in making the business efforts of embedding corporate responsibility into business practice more effective by focussing on hardwiring and softwiring at the same time.
