“…The increase in fluorescence lifetime indicates a higher efficiency of radiative Auger recombination of excitons, explaining the stronger PL intensity and higher PLQY of the water-treated sample compared with those of the as-evaporated one. 44,45 On the basis of the above-discussed results and analyses, we conclude that the structure of the as-evaporated CsPbBr 3 -and Cs 4 PbBr 6 -embedded Pb(OH)Br nanoplatelets was reorganized upon water soaking, which led to the shape evolution from nanoplatelets to microrods and concomitantly the phase transformation from mixed Cs 4 PbBr 6 and CsPbBr 3 to CsPb 2 Br 5 . Conversion between various perovskite phases has been investigated, 34,35,46 and water was noticed to play an important role in the transformation between different perovskite phases.…”

“…47 By assistance of water and ultrasonic treatment, Cs 4 PbBr 6 could be converted to CsPbBr 3. 35 One of the typical mechanisms suggested that the phase transformation was controlled by 48 Consequently, we proposed that the chemical reaction occurring during the phase transformation upon exposure to water in our case can be expressed as follows 34,44 Cs…”

“…The synthesis of Cs x (NH 4 ) 1Àx PbCl 2 Br NCs by the one-step high-energy ball-milling is illustrated in Fig.1. Unlike the ballmilling approaches commonly used,24,25 we ground the halide salts and the ligand oleylamine (OAm) in one step with different mole ratios (1 : 0.7 : 0.3, 1 : 0.5 : 0.5, 1 : 0.3 : 0.7 and 1 : 0 : 1) of PbCl 2 : CsBr : NH 4 Br. Such a simplified process facilitated the reduction of the production cost.…”

“…However, the grains of the Cs 4 PbBr 6 MCs synthesized with PAA were small and regular. This is because OAm, used as a ligand, can contribute to size control in the ball-milling process [ 45 ]. After the ethanol/water treatment, the grains of Cs 4 PbBr 6 MCs synthesized without PAA disappeared, and the Cs 4 PbBr 6 MCs synthesized with PAA had relatively small grains.…”
