“…The peaks at 28.5° and 47.3° are assigned to the (111) and (220) plane of Si substrate (JCPDS PDF# 65‐1060). Three peaks at 32.5°, 48.3°, and 51° can be indexed to known C 3 N 4 phases (β, α, graphite, etc), and remaining peaks at approximately 29° to 33° and 48° to 51° may relate to some unknown phases of C―N . The other relative weak peaks in the diffraction patterns can be attributed to several factors such as small grain size or the influence of intense peaks of substrate and/or impurity …”
