“…The metric parameters associated with P-N and PvO bonds are comparable with the reported structures of 1. 14,21 In the crystal structure of 1•C 7 H 8 , two of the three amino protons in each ligand are inter-molecularly interacting with two pyridyl nitrogens forming a H-bonded dimer. These dimers are further connected through the phosphoryl oxygens and the remaining amino protons, leading to a chain structure (Fig.…”

“…DL-valine was crystallized on 4'-methyl-4-mercaptobiphenyl, 4'-hydroxy-4mercaptobiphenyl and 4-(4-mercaptophenyl) pyridine. On the pyridine and OH-terminated thiols, DL-valine crystals nucleated from the flat (020) plane, whereas in methyl terminated SAMs, the fast growing (100) face was the nucleating plane and the hexagonal platelet crystals were oriented perpendicular to the SAM surface (Figure 3). Again, the surface chemistry of the SAMs led to different interfacial interactions and thus oriented the crystallization of amino acids.…”

“…Tris-alkyl (aryl) amido phosphates of the formula [R 1 R 2 N] 3 P(O), with three equal amido substituents linked to the P atom, are easily prepared from a one-pot reaction between phosphoryl chloride and corresponding amine. The single crystal X-ray determinations were performed for [R 1 R 2 N] = NHCH 3 (KABVAL) [93], N(CH 3 ) 2 (POTJAJ) [94], NHC(CH 3 ) 3 (KABVEP) [93], NHC 6 H 5 (KEQLUO) [95], NHCH 2 C 6 H 5 (TOKXIB) [96] and NHC 6 H 4 (4-OCH 3 ) (WAWNIS) [97] and also for the substituents shown in Scheme 17 [98][99][100][101][102][103][104][105]. Moreover, a few other phosphoramide compounds which each contains a triamido moiety (like for example compounds with refcodes EDEVAK [106] and NUVSEC [107] (Schemes 18 and 19) and some co-crystal compounds (for example BARHMP [108] and VAFRIE [109], see Schemes 20 and 21) were reported.…”
