“…The WHOQOL-BREF is being developed as a short version of the WHOQOL-100 to be used in situations where time is restricted, where respondent burden must be minimized, and where facet-level detail is unnecessary (Canavarro et al, 2007;Fleck et al, 2000;Fleck, 2000;Noerholm et al, 2004;Serra et al, 2006;Skevington et al, 2004;WHO Group, 1998b). The EPR consists of eight domains (see Table 1) that have been validated in several cross-cultural studies: personal developmental, self-determination, interpersonal relations, social inclusion, rights, emotional well-being, physical wellbeing, and material well-being (Brown et al, 2009;Buntinx & Schalock, 2010;Claes et al, 2010;Jenaro et al, 2005;Schalock & Verdugo, 2002;Schalock et al, 2007;Simões & Santos, 2014;Van Loon et al, 2009;Verdugo et al, 2005;Wang et al, 2010). The WHOQOL-BREF consists of four domains (see Table 1) that have been also validated across different cultures and countries: physical, psychological, social, and environmental (Aigner et al, 2006;Canavarro et al, 2007;Fleck et al, 2000;Fleck, 2000;Mattevi, Bredemeier, Fam, & Fleck, 2012;Noerholm et al, 2004;Serra et al, 2006;Skevington et al, 2004;Trompenaars, Masthoff, Heck, Hodiamont, & Vries, 2005;WHO Group, 1998b).…”
