Critical care bug team: A multidisciplinary team approach to reducing ventilator-associated pneumonia

Abstract: This study illustrates the effectiveness of a multidisciplinary team approach devised to reduce and stabilize ventilator-associated pneumonia rates in a medical-surgical intensive care unit.
