Factors forming purchasing decisions are important for companies to analyze to be sustainable in rapid technological developments. The rapid development of technology is followed by e-commerce in Indonesia, which results in increasingly fierce competition between competitors. This study aims to analyze and examine the impact of digital marketing on brand trust and brand image that influence the purchase decision of Mirrorplus.id products. Data collection uses quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires to Mirrorplus.id consumers. The study was conducted from July 2021 to January 2022. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with several criteria and 139 respondents. The data analysis technique used SEM-PLS with the help of SmartPLS 3.2.9. The results of the study yield several conclusions, namely, digital marketing has a significant and positive effect on brand image and brand trust, brand image does not have a significant but positive effect on purchasing decisions, and brand trust has a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions. The implication that will be carried out is to carry out a market penetration and product development strategy. Market penetration can be done by adding promotion and marketing costs to Mirrorplus.id digital media. Some steps can be taken are collaborating with several influencers, where influencers can spread the Mirrorplus.id brand by explaining product functions and values.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the business model canvas (BMC) at ready mix concrete company PT. XYZ. This study used purposive sampling, the informants in this study were directors and heads of divisions. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, Forum Group Discussion (FGD) and literature studies. The research phase begins with the Business Model Canvas and SWOT, problem identification, data collection, data analysis, interpretation of results and conclusions. Through the analysis described above, the result is that PT. XYZ has implemented a Business Model Canvas. Results of the SWOT matrix by writing down opportunities and threats on the vertical side and strengths and weaknesses on the horizontal side. Based on the results of the SWOT matrix, there are 13 alternative strategies that PT XYZ can choose from. After conducting a Swot analysis of the business model canvas, then a new business model canvas is formed for the company's business model. The limitations of this study are limited to only using the Business Model Canvas analysis method and SWOT analysis, it is recommended to use the analytical method using QSPM to get better results. The informants in this study only focused on informants who came from internal company PT. XYZ. Suggested further research by adding informants from external parties PT. XYZ company.

This study aims to investigate and describe the application of the blue ocean strategy (BOS) in the Nature Elementary School Purwakarta. This research is a qualitative description model. Data collection is done through interviews, documentation, and observation. Respondents involved foundation managers, supervisors, school principals, teachers, parents, students, and community leaders who understand the development of education. Data were analyzed using triangulation techniques. The results showed that the Purwakarta nature elementary school was successful in implementing the blue ocean strategy through the creation of innovation, differentiation and quality improvement through the 4 steps of BOS Eliminate, Reduce, Raise, Create (ERRC). Philosophy, vision and mission, curriculum development, flagship programs, improvement of infrastructure, the use of technology and the development of human resources are key components that will enable the school to create its own blue ocean space. Another finding is that institutions without uniqueness and superiority tend to make them take pseudo advantages which make them just imitate and eventually get tired and give up in competition. So it is important to make blue ocean as a tool for educational organizations to be at an advantage without competition by implementing blue ocean strategy scientific procedures that have proven successful in business, industry and also education.
