COVID-19 — ways to improve the state preparedness for pandemia

Abstract: Introduction. Tasks are to execute a study of the preparedness of government and health systems for a pandemic to develop proposals for their modernization. The author proceeds from the hypothesis that epidemic and pandemic diseases will threaten society in the foreseeable future, and therefore it is necessary to develop preventive strategies for states to be prepared for new threats.
