Malaysia was faced with a life-threatening crisis in combating COVID-19 with a number of positive cases reaching 5305 and 88 deaths by 18th April 2020 (the first detected case was on 25th January 2020). The government rapidly initiated a public health response and provided adequate medical care to manage the public health crisis during the implementation of movement restrictions, starting 18th March 2020, throughout the country. The objective of this study was to investigate the relative efficiency level of managing COVID-19 in Malaysia using network data envelopment analysis. Malaysia state-level data were extracted from secondary data sources which include variables such as total number of confirmed cases, death cases and recovered cases. These variables were used as inputs and outputs in a network process that consists of 3 sub processes i) community surveillance, ii) medical care I and iii) medical care II. A state-level analysis was performed according to low, medium and high population density categories. The efficiency level of community surveillance was highest compared to medical care processes, indicating that the overall inefficiency is greatly influenced by the inefficiency of the medical care processes rather than the community surveillance process. Results showed that high-density category performed well in both community surveillance and medical care II processes. Meanwhile, low-density category performed better in medical care I process. There was a good overall performance of the health system in Malaysia reflecting a strong preparedness and response level to this pandemic. Furthermore, resource allocation for rapid response was distributed effectively during this challenging period.

Methods: This is a cross-sectional descriptive study and was carried out in Sindh, Pakistan. 588 people from different cities of Sindh were asked to fill a questionnaire that tested their attitudes, knowledge, and practices related to the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic. Results: Television and other social media platforms have led to increased dissemination of knowledge among the population. Their increased understanding has led them to be more compliant with adopting precautionary measures, as frequent handwashing was seen in 89.8% and social distancing in 87.2%. The results also showed a greater prevalence of myths among the population. Conclusion: Increased access to correct knowledge can help to dissipate misconceptions and help spread accurate knowledge about the role that the public should play in reducing disease transmission.

In December 2019 a pandemic of acute respiratory distress syndromes occurs in Wuhan, china, the early evidence suggests this may be due to exposure to local sea foods in china. The pathogen was isolated from Chinese patients and designated as severe acute respiratory syndrome corona virus 2 (SARS-COV-2). COVID-19 mainly affects lungs by producing respiratory predominant symptoms like fever, cough, flu and dyspnea. As SARS-Cov-2 firstly find a mechanism to escape the immune system of humans and animals followed by a huge release of cytokines named as cytokine storms and the hyper activation of the other immune system responses. To avoid these conditions in any type of viral infections such as in SARS-Cov-2 infections and influenza virus induce lung injury vitamin D is now is recently considered as proposed therapy. Vitamin C acts as strong antioxidant and help to scavenge all the damaged species that is why vitamin C is regarded helpful in SARS-Cov-2 and other viral infections. Many findings from different clinical studies show that vitamin C when administrated orally can reduce SAR-Cov-2 and other viral infection. Taking vitamin C intravenously has also profound effect on the reduction of viral infections. As health care workers and professional are risk community for COVID-19 so vitamin C should be included in prevention and treatment of COVID-19 in this community. As vitamin C is also a prooxidant so smaller pharmacological concentration of vitamin C milli-molar is beneficial. But in case of COVID-19 high intravenous dose of vitamin C would be the right choice.symptoms like fever, cough, flu and dyspnea [2]. The virus primarily
