The article considers students' satisfaction with interactive forms of training with elements of gamification. Based on the empirical study, the level of students’ satisfaction with interactive forms of training with elements of gamification has been measured. The study has been conducted at 6 educational organizations that carry out educational activities on educational programs of higher education – bachelor, specialist and master degree programs. A set of sociological methods has been used in the study: a questionnaire survey of students, an expert survey of teachers working at higher education institutions, an analysis of documents; content analysis; a method of mathematical data processing (correlation analysis, using the software package SPSS Statistics 23). Based on the analysis of the scientific literature and the results of the sociological research conducted, it has been established that the students are more satisfied with the quality of interactive sessions with elements of gamification (57.01%) than with the quality of training by traditional methods (23.36%) and the quality of the content of classes conducted by traditional methods (19.63%). It has been revealed that the use of interactive forms of training with elements of gamification is the most effective: to increase the effectiveness of mastering the training material (20%); for decision-making (17.33%); to heighten interest in learning (15.33%). The closeness of the views of students and teachers on the assessment of interactive forms of training with elements of gamification and assessment of classes conducted by traditional methods has been determined by means of Spearman's rank correlation coefficient. The obtained data of the correlation analysis have shown a rather high level of correlation and indicated the closeness of the views of students and teachers on the phenomena studied.

The article considers the problem of increasing the satisfaction of employees of organizations of the Moscow region by the implementation of the youth cadre policy. An analysis of the nature of the impact of external and internal factors on the formation and development of youth personnel policy was considered through the satisfaction of employees of organizations in the Moscow region. As the indicators of satisfaction, the activities of the organization's leadership on the improvement of the youth cadre policy in the management system were chosen; Improvement of methods for implementing the youth cadre policy; Staff development, professional development of specialists; Improvement of corporate youth programs, etc. The methodological base of the research was made by such empirical methods as observation, questioning using questionnaires placed on the Google Forms online service, comparison. The analysis, the method of mathematical statistics and the SPSS Statistics software package were also used in a complex manner. 23. The study found that only 1% of respondents fully satisfied with the youth personnel policy. Dissatisfaction among respondents is mostly caused by the methods of implementing the youth personnel policy (29.3%), staff development, professional development of specialists (29 %%), improvement of corporate youth programs (24.1%) and material and technical base of the organization (29% ). Prevents significant changes in the position of the employees themselves organizations. Only 2.5% actively oppose the leadership, participating in activities to uphold their rights to implement the youth policy. In these conditions, it is necessary to strengthen social control over the activities of management.

The article examines the nature of the impact of social control on the effectiveness of the youth personnel policy through studying the nature of awareness of employees about the changes in the organization and satisfaction with the system of involving young people in social control under the corporate governance, and the development and the implementation of effective youth policy. The study was conducted using a set of sociological methods: questionnaire survey, using the Google Forms online service and the SPSS Statistics software package 23 with the aim of constructing a regression model; analysis of documents; expert survey. Based on the results of the conducted empirical research, it was turned out that social control has a complex and direct effect on the effectiveness of the youth personnel policy. Effective implementation of the youth personnel policy in the system of managing organizations in the context of social control is possible only in case of their full awareness of all the elements of the youth personnel policy. The main conditions of the implementation of the youth personnel policy are: an effective system of informing the personnel about the changes occurring in the organization; involvement of young people in active participation in social control under the corporate governance, and the development and implementation of effective youth policy. The results of the regression analysis made it possible to determine how much the change of the satisfaction of young specialists involved into the system of attracting young people to active participation in the vital activity of the state affects the level of their satisfaction with the system of attracting young people to active participation in social control and the life of the organization. With the aid of the regression model, it can be proposed a variant of forecasting growth or reducing the level of citizens' satisfaction with the system of attracting young people to active participation in social control and the life of the organization under the system changes of attracting young people to active participation in the vital activity of the state.
