The article considers students' satisfaction with interactive forms of training with elements of gamification. Based on the empirical study, the level of students’ satisfaction with interactive forms of training with elements of gamification has been measured. The study has been conducted at 6 educational organizations that carry out educational activities on educational programs of higher education – bachelor, specialist and master degree programs. A set of sociological methods has been used in the study: a questionnaire survey of students, an expert survey of teachers working at higher education institutions, an analysis of documents; content analysis; a method of mathematical data processing (correlation analysis, using the software package SPSS Statistics 23). Based on the analysis of the scientific literature and the results of the sociological research conducted, it has been established that the students are more satisfied with the quality of interactive sessions with elements of gamification (57.01%) than with the quality of training by traditional methods (23.36%) and the quality of the content of classes conducted by traditional methods (19.63%). It has been revealed that the use of interactive forms of training with elements of gamification is the most effective: to increase the effectiveness of mastering the training material (20%); for decision-making (17.33%); to heighten interest in learning (15.33%). The closeness of the views of students and teachers on the assessment of interactive forms of training with elements of gamification and assessment of classes conducted by traditional methods has been determined by means of Spearman's rank correlation coefficient. The obtained data of the correlation analysis have shown a rather high level of correlation and indicated the closeness of the views of students and teachers on the phenomena studied.

The areas of stress concentration are welded joints as their structure is heterogeneous. From the point of view of the scale hierarchy, the welded joint represents the welded and base metal zones at the meso-macrolevel, the weld zone, the thermal zone, the base metal at the micro-mesolevel, the grain constituents at the nano-microlevel. borders are the stress concentrators at different scale levels, thus they becomes the most dangerous places of metal structure. modeling by the molecular dynamics method at the atomic level has shown nanocracks initiation in triple junctions of grain boundaries and on the ledges of the grain boundaries. The article deals with the legal status of eSports in the Russian legislation. The necessity of determining the status of eSports in Russian legislation is logically and economically justified, recommendations are given to Russian legislation. An analysis of the legal regulation of activities related to the organization and holding of competitions in e-sports at the world level is given. A comparison of the legislative regulation of the industry of eSports in Europe, Asia and America is presented.

The article substantiates the expediency of improving the legal support for the introduction and use of energy-efficient lighting equipment, as well as smart networks (Smart Grid), taking into account the ongoing digitalization of the Russian economy and electric power industry. The goal of scientific research is formulated, which is to develop practical recommendations on optimization of the public relations legal regulation in the digital power engineering sector. The research methodology is represented by the interaction of the legal and sociological aspects of the scientific methods system. The current regulatory and legal basis for the transformation of digital electricity relations has been determined. The need to modernize the system of the new technologies introduction legal regulation for generation, storage, transmission of energy, intelligent networks, including a riskbased management model, is established. The peculiarities of the structure formation of alloys of the system AlCrFeCoNiCu (where x = 0, 0.5, 1, 2, and 3 moles) were studied. Microstructure of alloys and its phase composition, as the amount of copper increases, undergo significant changes. In all of the investigated concentration interval of change in the content of copper there is a different phase morphology. Confirmed that with increasing of Cu concentration the nature of crystallization of alloys and their phase composition change. Durometric studies of alloys of this system were carried out. Established that an alloy AlCrFeCoNiCu 0.5 has the highest microhardness 6.1 GPa. Heat resistance tests showed that AlCrFeCoNi and AlCrFeCoNiCu have the highest heat resistance. The connection between the scale composition after the test and the mechanism of oxidation of this alloys revealed. The results of X-ray fluorescence analysis indicate a high content of aluminum in scale. Consequently, the high heat resistance of alloys can be explained by the formation of the Al 2 O 3 protective film on the surface.
