Corrigendum: Muriiphilus fusiformis gen. nov., sp. nov., a novel non-marine bacterium belonging to the Roseobacter group, and reclassification of Maritimibacter lacisalsi (Zhong et al. 2015) as Muriicola lacisalsi gen. nov., comb. nov.

Abstract: In the published version of the article, the name of Muriicola gen. nov. was illegitimate, as it is a later homonym of Muriicola Kahng et al. 2010 which belongs to the family Flavobacteriaceae. Alternative names for Muriicola and Muriicola lacisalsi are proposed and the associated description sections are re-printed below: DESCRIPTION OF SINISALIBACTER GEN. NOV. Sinisalibacter ( Si. ni. sa. li. bac'ter. N.L. fem. pl. n. Sinae China; L. masc. n. sal, salis salt; N.L. masc. n. bacter a rod; N.L. masc. n. Sinis… Show more

“…In comparison with previously deposited data of S. lacisalsi X12M-4 T (BMGI00000000) [1, 2], the genome of strain B-399 T showed an average nucleotide identity (ANI) value of 79.54 % and a digital DNA–DNA hybridization (dDDH) value of 22.30 % relative to those of strain X12M-4 T . These values were well below the thresholds of 95–96 % (ANI) and 70 % (dDDH) for the delineation of a novel species [17].…”

“…S4), and Q-10 was only detected as a respiratory quinone of this strain. Although these results almost corresponded to those of the genus Sinisalibacter [1, 2], S. lacisalsi X12M-4 T consisted of phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylglycerol, diphosphatidylglycerol, an unknown aminolipid, an unidentified phospholipid and five uncharacterized lipids as polar lipids [3].…”
