The conceptualization of the stakeholders of the companies for the fulfillment of the objectives of sustainable development is controversial, even more so, if it is approached from the perspective of corporate social responsibility and the psychology of the employees and their behavior. The existing literature and knowledge on the relationship among the stakeholder approach, corporate social responsibility and the achievement of the SDGs remain unstructured and fragmented. The objective of the manuscript is to identify and systematize scientific research on the stakeholder approach with respect to corporate social responsibility, in order to achieve business sustainability, in response to sustainable development goals and from the perspective of the well‐being of workers. Our main contribution to the literature review is to focus on all these issues together, and not in isolation. A systematic literature search is conducted following Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic reviews and Meta‐Analyzes (PRISMA). The approaches, issues and methodologies that predominate in the academic field in the last 5 years (2015–2021) were analyzed. Based on this review, we define a research agenda that synthesizes key trends and promising lines of research for further advancement of theoretical and empirical knowledge on the relationship among stakeholders, corporate social responsibility, and human resource management.

This research aims to examine the influence of capital structure, firm size, and firm growth on profitability and its impact on firm value. The population used in this research is all Food and Beverage Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2018-2022 period, totaling 84 companies. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique by considering several criteria and a sample of 16 companies was obtained with an observation period of 5 years. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques and path analysis with the help of SPSS version 26 analysis tools. The research results show that capital structure has a negative and significant effect on profitability. Firm size has a positive and significant effect on profitability. Firm growth has a positive and insignificant effect on profitability. Meanwhile, profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value. The influence of capital structure on profitability both directly and indirectly is 13,2%. The influence of firm size on profitability both directly and indirectly is 2,4%. The influence of firm growth on profitability both directly and indirectly is 3,6%. The total or combined influence of the capital structure, firm size, and firm growth variables on profitability is 19,2%, while the remaining 80,8% is influenced by other variables not included in this research. The influence of profitability on firm value is 25,9%, while the remaining 74,1% is influenced by other variables not included in this research.

The Effect of Corporate Governance and Firm Characteristics on Firm Value: Evidence from JordanThis study aims to provide evidence for the impact of corporate governance and firm characteristics on the industrial firm value. The sample of 40 industrial public shareholding companies listed on the Amman Stock Exchange during the period (2009-2018) with a total observation reached (4670) included in the analysis. For the corporate governance, it was measured through (board size, female directors, board independence, audit committee meetings, along with CEO duality). While Firm characteristics was measured by (firm size, firm age, year of establishment, and listing year). Tobin's Q was used as an indicator of the firm value.The major findings obtained indicated a negative impact for the independence board of directors on the firm value. However, the number of audit committee meetings, board size, and number of female directors on the board, as well as CEO duality, age-Establish and age-List did not significantly affect the company's value. On the other hand, it was found that there is a positive impact for the company's leverage on firm value, and no effect was appeared for current ratio and tangibility on it.In view of the findings, the study recommended the Jordanian firms to have a real focus on improving their corporate governance practices through the witnessed increase awareness among their related parties at all levels regarding the importance of applying corporate rules. This is considered as a step leading to enhance their firm value.
