Streszczenie: Cel -Celem artykułu jest prezentacja oraz ocena prywatnych i publicznych źródeł informacji o rynku nieruchomości przedsiębiorstw w Polsce w kontekście potrzeb informacyjnych inwestorów. W artykule prezentuje się i omawia definicję nieruchomości przedsiębiorstw (Corporate Real Estate -CRE), definiuje się w tym zakresie pojęcie rynku CRE wykorzystywane do badań oraz omawia się model funkcjonowania tego rynku oraz problematykę zarządzania tym zasobem przedsiębiorstwa. Metodologia badania -Przegląd literatury krajowej i zagranicznej, analiza i ocena prowadzonych badań rynku CRE w Polsce oraz własne badania źródeł informacji o rynku CRE. Wynik -Uporządkowanie i rekomendacja definicji rynku CRE do stosowania w analizach rynkowych w Polsce, identyfikacja i ocena dostępności oraz zawartości źródeł informacji o rynku CRE i wskazanie na braki informacyjne utrudniające stosowanie współczesnych metod analizy. Jednym z obszarów jego słabego rozwoju jest infrastruktura informacyjna, co dotyczy zarówno podmiotów publicznych, jak i prywatnych. Rynek nieruchomości posiada specyficzne cechy ekonomiczne, prawne i instytucjonalne, które istotnie utrudniają gromadzenie kompletnych i wiarygodnych danych o obrocie rynkowym, na podstawie których możliwe byłoby opracowanie informacji wykorzystywanych do analiz deskryptywnych oraz normatywnych.
