Corona-Krise – Stresstest für die Mitbestimmung

Abstract: Die Corona-Pandemie legt in allen Bereichen von Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft bestehende Stärken, vor allem aber systemische Schwächen offen. Das gilt auch für die betriebliche Mitbestimmung. In vielen Betrieben werden kollektive und individuelle Beschäftigtenrechte offen missachtet – teilweise aufgrund von Überforderung des Managements (und der Interessenvertretungen), teilweise mit strategischer Absicht.
