Corneal changes with accommodation using dual Scheimpflug photography

Abstract

Different parameters in various zones of the cornea as well as corneal aberrations were stable during accommodation.

Scleral changes with accommodation

“…We found that scleral shape undergoes changes during accommodation process but we did not find any substantial change in corneal shape during accommodation. Our results are in agreement with recent studies on corneal changes during accommodation . Those studies stated that there is no statistically and clinical significant change in the corneal shape with accommodation if cyclotorsion correction is taken into account.…”
