Coordination Complexes of Manganese and Their Biomedical Applications

Abstract: The clinical success of metallodrugs is rapidly increasing. The historical use of cisplatin and recently a successful marketing of its clinically advanced derivatives (oxaliplatin, carboplatin, nedaplatin, lobaplatin and heptaplatin) for the treatment of various types of cancer has opened new horizons for metal based drugs.
