Controversial Issues of Procedural Violations

Abstract

The article investigates the characteristics of procedural offences as generalizing category that includes the criminal procedural, civil procedural and arbitration procedural violations. The authors come from a narrow understanding of procedural violations,
 which are defined not every violation of the legal process. Particular attention is given to magnetization process of delivered offenses of abuse of rights.
