Controle da corrupção e reforma do Estado: O governo Covas -1995-2000

Abstract: Com base em um estudo de caso do governo do Estado de São Paulo no período 1995-2000 examinam-se as formas de manifestação do problema da corrupção e as medidas legais e institucionais adotadas por esse governo para controlá-lo. Especial atenção é dada à questão do fortalecimento dos controles internos do aparato estatal.
