Control of Transient Thermoelastic Displacement in a Piezoelectric Based Intelligent Plate

Abstract: The present paper deals with an intelligent solid state actuator which can control a distribution of thermoelastic displacement at submicron order, in the case where unknown transient heating temperature acts on the actuator.
