Control of sustainable management according to multilevel combinatorics of homeostatic mechanisms

Abstract: The article aims to develop the methodological base for study and substantiation of homeostatic mechanisms of control of stability of managing systems in the conditions which is implemented according to the sustainable management concept. The article describes features of main types of homeostasis of managing systems (evolutionary, structural, resistant, system homeostasis), their hierarchical closed interrelation and inherent specific and predictive administrative properties. The following is herein substanti… Show more

“…In order to attain sustainable management goals in the tumultuous global economic system, the complex of homeostatic processes that provide self-regulating features of managing systems must be concentrated on support of their adaptation capacities to external and internal transformations. It is possible to construct and consolidate regulators that are appropriate to the actual process in accordance with the priority objects of effort exertion by homeostatic features of management systems (Mykytenko and Sheludko, 2021).…”

“…Stability and balance relate to the construction of compensatory mechanisms and techniques of appropriate reaction to any case scenarios JHOM 38,3 from the perspective of the homeostatic approach. To ensure the stability of managing systems, the modern system of state control over sustainable management processes must be able to build while performing most of its administrative functions (Mykytenko and Sheludko, 2021).…”

“…In the context of studying and solving the scientific and applied problems of the energy efficiency of communities and the energy security of the state, it is worth emphasizing that the theoretical and applied developments of this scientific field are devoted to the development of many scientific institutions and economists of Ukraine. In particular, among the prominent scientists who are concerned with improving energy efficiency in the new model of the decentralized administrative-territorial organization of Ukraine, we can highlight such well-known scientists as Shvets et al (2013), Kucheriava and Sorokina (2020), Mykytenko and Sheludko (2021).…”

“…Sectoral issues of energy efficiency are widely covered in the works of Jenniches (2018). A significant contribution to the study of theoretical and conceptual approaches to energy efficiency of regional industrial complexes have been made by scientists Korosec (2012), Mykytenko and Sheludko (2021). The works of native economists contain details of the content and the essence of the main categorical definitions of the process of energy efficiency, and evaluate the effectiveness of energy-efficiency management in regional industrial complexes.…”
