“…In recent years, the cost of renewable energy has significantly reduced, and it has projected to diminish even more in the near future. Therefore, a real prospect of green hydrogen production for both transportation system and domestic applications is anticipated . Currently, approximately 5% of the required hydrogen is supplied by water electrolysis, and the rest is mostly produced from fossil fuels .…”

“…Therefore, a real prospect of green hydrogen production for both transportation system and domestic applications is anticipated. 10 Currently, approximately 5% of the required hydrogen is supplied by water electrolysis, and the rest is mostly produced from fossil fuels. 11 It is estimated that about one billion metric tons of green hydrogen could be generated per annum in the United States, which has a great potential to substitute fossil fuel if the technical barriers can be overcome.…”

“…Rafique and Jianhua presented review on the EMS, generation, and demand predictors, with critical reviews on primary and secondary control of microgrid including forecasting techniques for wind, solar, and load. Poompavai and Kowsalya presented a review study on energy management strategies applicable for PV and wind‐fed water pumping system, but uncertainties associated with PV and wind generation are not addressed in the paper. Azuatalam et al provide a technoeconomic assessment of seven different HEMS strategies including their forecast, and it was found that practical implementation of these strategies is limited due to the assumption made in modeling of different EMS.…”

“…Furthermore, there are many models for the hydraulic modeling of irrigation systems [5,[22][23][24][25][26], large-scale water distribution networks [5,24,[27][28][29] and pumping systems [6,[30][31][32]. Several models that integrate water delivery systems with photovoltaic modeling have also been developed [9,[33][34][35][36][37], as well as control algorithms for the integrated management of photovoltaic and hydraulic models [38]. However, there are no integrated models that permit the management-in an integrated manner-of complex irrigation systems energized with photovoltaic energy.…”
