Abstract: A lack of understanding of the mechanisms underlying osteoarthritis (OA) progression limits the development of effective long‐term treatments. Quantitatively tracking spatiotemporal patterns of cartilage and bone degeneration is critical for assessment of more appropriately targeted OA therapies.
