Contractarian Libertarianism of Jan Narveson. Is It Still Libertarianism?

Abstract: This chapter aims at presenting and scrutinizing a contractarian approach to libertarianism, which has been proposed by a Canadian philosopher, Jan Narveson, known as the main proponent of so-called contractarian libertarianism.
