Abstract:In this paper, a continuous terminal sliding mode control (SMC) design is used to address the problem of synchronizing two chaotic electrostatic and electromechanical transducers. Recently, fixed-time convergence has received increased attention among scholars. The convergence time with this type of controller has an upper bound independent of the initial conditions. In this regard, two fixed-time sliding manifolds are proposed. Then a robust SMC control is proposed to steer the error-states onto the sliding m… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
