This article describes the analysis of existing problems and defining promising directions for the development of the agro-industrial export potential of the Kemerovo Region (Kuzbass) based on systematic-dialectical approach involving the consideration of factors that contribute to development and counteract it. The most significant factors contributing to the growth of the export potential of Kuzbass agro-industrial products were the presence of developed processing base, industry research and educational centers, as well as a regional center for supporting the export of Kuzbass agro-industrial products. The main factors affecting this process were: insufficient production of agricultural raw materials which are necessary for processing industry in the region, underdeveloped logistics infrastructure, lack of specialists with competencies in the export of agro-industrial products. The prospects for the growth of agro-industrial export by Kuzbass enterprises are associated with overcoming the shortage of raw materials on the basis of regional integration and stimulating domestic production, developing marketing and logistics infrastructure, and training personnel with export competencies. Keywords-export of domestic agro-industrial products, method of systematic-dialectical analysis, factors affecting the development of region's export potential.

Research on Government Subsidy Strategies for the Development of Agricultural Products E-Commerce

In many countries, the governments support the development of local agriculture through subsidization. Subsidizing the sales of agricultural products through E-commerce channels is a way to support the development of agriculture in China. This study aims to develop a profit model and apply Stackelberg game theory to determine which type of subsidies and decision-making can provide the maximum benefits for agricultural products E-commerce supply chains. The results indicate that for both centralized decisions and decentralized decisions, the subsidizing to the agricultural cooperative is better than the subsidizing to consumers and no subsidization. The sales volume, preservation level, sales efforts, and overall profit of the agricultural products E-commerce supply chain are significantly higher. It suggests that the government should play a leading role to support the development of agricultural products E-commerce. This study contributes to agricultural research by developing a profit model to examine the effects of different government subsidy strategies on each member of the agricultural online shopping supply chain. Recommendations are provided for agricultural cooperatives, E-commerce platforms, and the government to improve the quality and sales of agricultural products through online shopping channels.

The selection of agricultural product supplier is an important link to optimize the supply chain management of agricultural products. Due to the uncertainty factors and the lack of decision-makers’ cognition, the selection of agricultural products suppliers has become a very complex and difficult work. Therefore, in order to effectively deal with these problems, this study proposes an agricultural product supplier selection algorithm based on the Pythagorean fuzzy power Bonferroni mean operator under Pythagorean fuzzy environment. In this method, first, the power operator and Bonferroni mean operator are combined and embedded in the Pythagorean fuzzy sets to build a Pythagorean fuzzy power Bonferroni mean operator. Then, a multiattribute decision-making method based on the operator proposed in this paper is proposed. Finally, an analysis of examples of agricultural product supplier selection is given to verify the rationality and effectiveness of this method.
