“…Nine 2-substituted-lH-benzimidazole derivatives (I-IX) (Figures and 2) and their 74 complexes formed by reactions with NiCI2, PdCI2, Pd(NO3)2, CuCl2, Cu(CH3COO)2, Cu(CIO4)2, AgNO3, ZnCI2, ZnSO4 have been isolated in pure form for first time and characterized by using analytical data and IR spectroscopy.
