Conjugal Violence: What 33 Men Report*

Abstract: This is a report on 33 men who are involved in conjugal violence and seeking psychiatric assistance for this problem. Sociodemographic characteristics, nature of the violent episodes, backgrounds of violence, psychiatric histories, and clinical impressions of this population are presented. Therapeutic interventions that have been successful in eliminating violent behavior are described.
