Abstract: A Comunidade Ilha Verde, em Babaçulândia (TO), foi acusada de ocupar a Área de Proteção Ambiental (APA), às vezes tratada como Área de Preservação Permanente (APP), do reservatório da UHE de Estreito (MA).
