Condições Microbiológicas (Higiênico-Sanitária) Das Linguiças Frescas Comercializadas Em Feira Livres No Município De São Paulo - Sp. I. Indicações De Contaminação*

Abstract: Estudo bacteriológico foi desenvolvido com 60 (sessenta) amostras de lingüiça fresca provenientes de igual número de feiras livres em São Paulo, Brasil. As amostra foram examinadas para a detecção de microrganismos coliformes totais, coliformes fecais e mesófilos.
