Concept of Public Administration in the Context of Globalization

Abstract: The article considers the constitutional foundations of public administration in the context of globalization. The current legislation in the field of public service does not meet the quality requirements of the law since it does not establish the basic principles, the sequence of stages, and their essence regarding the competition, promotion, and certification of public servants.
