Rapid population growth and the number of vehicles in cities have complicated urban mobility management. Digitalization supported by the internet of things and wireless communication has allowed some cities to mitigate the problem by taking advantage of the multiple benefits offered. These are cyber-physical systems (CPS), which are systems where a number of devices collaborate for the control of physical entities. This recent technology finds its application in urban mobility. However, in the context of developing countries, there are many local specificities one needs to consider. How could the integration of cyber-physical systems help urban decision makers to design sustainable urban mobility systems that meet the needs of the population? The paper proposed not only a recent review of the literature, but also a framework of CPS of urban mobility to guide decision makers. The challenges, opportunities, and barriers to innovation of CPS in urban environments in developing countries have also been identified.

The idea of the research was coming from the learning transformation from full-offline to blended learning for practical courses at the Faculty of Sports Science. By the change of the learning process, it is known that there is an absence of practicum modules for adaptive physical education courses which is a compulsory subject for students in the Department of Sports Education. Furthermore, the course is being able to create game models that improve physical fitness for children with special needs, namely for the blind, the mentally disabled, the quadriplegic, the deaf, and the unsociable children. Therefore, the research aimed to develop the E- Practicum Module by using digitalization-based adaptive physical education courses as the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in solving the problems. The Research and Development was the method used in the research that observes and develops the E-Practicum Modules as teaching material by usingKvisoft Flipbook Maker application which has been developed by the Borg and Gall model and modified with seven stages of potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, product testing, and product revisions.

Learning during the COVID-19 period is a concern in the world of education. This is because the learning system has changed from the previous one and it has not been used by both students and teachers. In response to this, it is necessary to conduct action research using the Kemmis and McTaggart models on online-onsite mathematics learning, namely boldly through online platforms and the request of students. The subjects of this study were seventh-grade junior high school students who found 27 people. In contrast, the object of this research is to increase students’ creative problem-solving skills and increase teacher activity and student behaviour. Through the instruments used in online-onsite based learning, the results show that there is an increase in the percentage of classical learning completeness in creative problem-solving abilities of students who pass the minimum KKM in the 1st cycle from the percentage of initial ability results but have not shown achievement. While the results of observations of student behaviour and teacher activities meet the criteria achieved. Therefore, it is continued to cycle II by correcting the weakness in cycle I. The implementation of cycle II shows that all performance indicators have been achieved. Through these results, of course, it is a consideration that in improving problem-solving skills, it is recommended to do online-onsite based learning, especially in mathematics.
