From a gender perspective, this research utilized questionnaires administered to college students and faculty, and applied statistical analysis to investigate the shared perceptions of both groups regarding teachers’ language, demeanor, and appearance. Additionally, the study evaluated the impact of these factors on the perceived charisma of instructors during classroom sessions. Results indicate that female instructors are perceived as more charismatic than their male counterparts. A teacher’s linguistic charm can enhance students’ critical thinking skills, and those with a visually appealing presence tend to captivate students more effectively. In terms of charismatic classroom behaviors, male instructors exhibit less expressiveness in facial cues compared to female instructors. However, male instructors excel in modulating their vocal pitch during lectures. When juxtaposing eye contact with gesturing, educators often prefer gesturing to convey teaching charisma. Furthermore, the act of moving around the classroom by teachers can lead to perceptual disparities between students and instructors.

Objectives: To investigate the satisfaction of the undergraduate nursing classroom teaching quality based on the Kano model and provide a reference for improving the overall quality of educational services. Methods: A total of 621 sophomores and juniors of nursing at Hubei University of Medicine were selected to conduct questionnaires based on the Kano model using convenient sampling. Results: The 16 items are all a one-dimensional factor. The satisfaction and importance are 0.77 to 0.86 and −0.58 to −0.80, respectively. In the quadrant analysis chart, there are four items in the dominant area, three items for improvement, three in the observation area, and six in the retention area. Conclusion: Analyzing the satisfaction of nursing undergraduates’ classroom teaching quality can help us effectively understand the intrinsic needs of students and improve the overall quality of nursing undergraduates’ curriculum teaching services.

The existing research on teaching development of teachers fails to effectively quantify the teaching development trend. This paper deeply mines the evaluation data on the teaching quality of college teachers, before analyzing and predicting the trend features for teaching development of college teachers based on knowledge discovery. Firstly, the knowledge features of the teaching development trend of college teachers were examined. Next, the fluctuation features of the time series on the teaching quality development of college teachers were described based on chaotic time series. In addition, a prediction model for teaching development of college teachers was established for weighted first-order chaotic time series, and used to simulate the nonlinear features of the time series on the teaching quality development of college teachers. The prediction model was proved effective through experiments.
