Composição físico-químico de vinhos de mesa brancos elaborados no Planalto Norte Catarinense, safra 2020

Abstract: Apesar de haver produtores de uva e vinho de mesa na região do Planalto Norte Catarinense, análises da composição físico-químicas dos produtos não são feitas pelos produtores.
