Technological mining transport schemes of open development of horizontal sedimentary deposits are considered. Various land-saving technological schemes for transportation of minerals in the absence of a capital trench have been developed. The dependence of the mineral transportation cost on the production capacity of the mine for the developed schemes was established. The research has been carried out for conditions of surface mining manganese deposits of Nikopol Basin. Transport schemes using mobile steeply inclined conveyor are offered. The developed technological solutions for the conditions of surface mining of deposits of the Nikopol manganese ore basin allow not only to reduce the amount of disturbed land, but also to reduce the cost of minerals by reducing its transportation distance by 2 km. The proposed transport schemes will make it possible to obtain an economic effect in the amount of 1–3 million UAH.

The purpose of research is determination of a dependency of a stress state for composite elastomer-cable tractive element with a broken structure on a nonlinear dependency of shear modulus on deformations in the elastomeric shell. Research methodology is in analytical solution of a model of a composite tractive element with disturbed structure and a deformation-dependent shear modulus of an elastomeric shell. Results are in constructing an algorithm for determining a stress state of a composite tractive element with broken structure and a deformation-dependent shear modulus. Scientific novelty is in determining a character of de-pendency for a stress state of a composite tractive element on a nonlinear dependen-cy of shear modulus on deformations. Practical application of research is in a possi-bility to determine the dependency of a stress state of a composite elastomer-cable tractive element on a nonlinear shear modulus allows considering the effect of this phenomenon on the tractive element strength and ensures an increase of its operation-al safety.

A generalized canonical mathematical model of multidimensional controlled mining transportation complexes and other technical systems in form by A.M. Letov is considered. A principle of symmetry and an algebraic concept are in the basis of the developed analytical methods of design. A principle of symmetry is realized on a set of indexes of roots of a characteristic equation of the system and on a set of indexes of phase coordinates of the mathematical model. The problem of quality of dynamic processes in time is reduced to an algebraic problem of distribution of roots of a corresponding characteristic equation in a complex plane. An analogy in a procedure of transformation of a characteristic determinant into a polynomial and a structure of elementary symmetrical polynomials of roots is established. A new formulation of an analytical representation of change of phase coordinates in time in a form of ordered determinants with respect to indexes of roots and indexes of phase coordinates is obtained based on residue theorem. An illustration of the developed analytical method of design is performed on a special case of a well-known controlled technical system of the fourth order.
