“…Primary cardiac angiosarcoma regularly has a very poor prognosis 11 . The key to achieving better long‐term outcomes when treating primary cardiac sarcomas is complete surgical resection 12 . The rarity of this tumour makes it difficult to establish standardised treatments, and early diagnosis is extremely important when choosing treatment and improving prognosis.
