Complete genome sequence of Trueperella pyogenes strain Arash114, isolated from the uterus of a water buffalo (Bubalus bubalis) in Iran

“…In this comparative genomics study of T. pyogenes strains from all over the world, we have also included the first Indian draft genome sequence of T. pyogenes species (Bu5 strain), which was isolated from wound infections of water buffalo (Bubalus bubalis).
