Abstract:Here, we report the genome sequence of
Flagellimonas
sp. strain HMM57, which was isolated from sedimentary layers of crustose coralline algae in Jeju Island, South Korea. The genome is complete and consists of 4,159,450 bp, with a GC content of 38.5%, 3,616 predicted protein-coding sequences, and 70 RNA genes.
