Existing pressure for the confrontation of a radically changing external environment has led many companies to invest in various Information Systems, such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), in order to optimize their production processes and strategies. Despite the fact that ERP system is an important strategic tool, many companies fail to take advantage of its benefits due to their default in many aspects of management and implementation. This study aims to investigate the critical success factors of enterprise resource planning system implementation and build a categorization framework so as to create a theoretical base that enhances any further research approaches in various sectors of the economy. Therefore, 37 ERP critical success factors were identified by using Content Analysis method and classified into relative categories to the ERP orientations of implementation and the ERP life cycle phases. Finally, these two types of categorization were merged in order to examine the critical success factors' behavior during the ERP implementation. This paper and the multilateral theoretical framework it creates, sets out how critical success factors must be taken into account by companies and marks a beginning point that promises a sequence of further research approaches in particular economic sectors or in a set of them. By fulfilling the purpose of this study, a significant contribution to computer science literature and especially to the ERP field is offered.

Education plays a very significant role in the context of sustainability. As the world population is growing, providing education through the traditional classroom setting is not sufficient and not feasible to extend learning in professional life. Therefore, modern technology-mediated learning paradigms such as mobile learning are becoming increasingly popular. Mobile learning is said to integrate multiple contexts, learning types, mobilities and communications. As information and communications technology (ICT) plays a vital role in the delivery of mobile learning services, it is very essential to adopt sustainable IT resources to keep it viable. Cloud computing offers a range of affordable, scalable and on-demand solutions. This paper attempts to model important critical success factors (CSFs) in the area of cloud-based mobile learning using the interpretive structural modeling (ISM) technique. ISM helps in identifying the hierarchical inter-relationships between the variables of study with the help of experts in the field. Finally, Matrice d’Impacts Croisés-Multiplication Appliquée á un Classement (MICMAC) analysis is employed to classify the variables into dependent and independent variables. Management support has been identified as most rudimentary among sixteen CSFs identified through a literature review to establish a distinguished relative advantage. Further, the paper discusses the theoretical underpinning of all the constructs. This study will help organizations to implement mobile learning in sustainable ways.

Enterprise resource planning (ERP) has been widely accepted by many organizations as an information technology process to seamlessly integrate, manage, and boost performance in different units of an organization. However, there linger an unpleasant chasm on success and satisfaction rates of ERP system implementation that have limited the effective use of the system. Moreover, the critical success factors (CSFs) of ERP system implementation have not been investigated in the literature for the case of financial functions in higher education institutions. This paper, through the application of advanced impact analysis (ADVIAN®) method exploits the CSFs of ERP system to support financial functions in a higher education institution. The applied ADVIAN® method highlights the CSFs that are measured according to the measures of criticality, integration, and stability. Furthermore, using precarious, driving, and driven measurements for ranking the factors, an effective model of CSFs for a financial ERP system implementation is attained to support financial functions. The study findings provide a comprehensive methodological scheme that can be used as a reference guide and as an orientation point for efficacious planning, implementing, and using ERP systems to support financial functions in higher education institutions.
