Competitiveness of the EU Beef Sector – a Case Study

Abstract: V tomto přispěvku je analyzována konkurenceschopnost sektoru hověziho masa v EU za použiti hodnotového řetězce. Následovně je diskutován dopad vnějších faktorů jako je Společná zemědělská politika EU a zahraniční obchodní politika za účelem vytvoření doporučení. Ukazuje se, že investice do spolupracujících nabídkových řetězců může zlepšit znevýhodněnou pozici výrobců hovězího masa, kteří mají nejmenší sílu v nabidkovém řetězci.
