This research was conducted on Kalimantan Island, an island with many geomorphological rivers and a comparative regional and cultural development history, with a number of parks on the river banks. This research is different from most other competitive location studies because it examines competition based on differences in the number of different park types. This study utilized a quantitative method, with big-data-based and google review footprint as the basis for the number of visitors and evaluates location rankings. The results show that city parks on the river bank have high competitiveness. However, they have a weakness in the relatively high quantity ratio, which is 14: 100 parks compared to river bank city parks. Based on the study results, at the provincial level, city parks on the river banks were still able to dominate the most visited and location satisfaction ratings in three of the five existing provinces. The percentage level of park distribution at a minimum of above 15-16% has provided dominant competitiveness for city parks on river banks. This result shows that city parks on river banks have unique competitiveness. This study has a location discussion of a comprehensive park location with an island coverage, the weakness of this research is that it uses internet review to track information on the number of visitors.

The Covid-19 pandemic brings a severe impact on the tourism sector in Indonesia. In East Java, Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park (TNBTS) has forced the park to close temporarily. This research aims to provide the habits of visitors and visitors’ knowledge about the official website of Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park. Therefore, to restore tourism to Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park in the post- pandemic era, the researcher presents a solution in the form of a graphical user interface of a mobile application developed from an existing website. The target researcher wants to achieve this application that is able to facilitate and reduce the concerns of visitors when visiting Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park. As a research development material, the researcher conducted design thinking research and data collection methods in the form of a questionnaire. Hopefully, this research can be used as a recommendation for further development to make the tourism sector relatively productive during the pandemic or post-pandemic.

Purpose: This review paper aims to find out the effect of sustainable commercialization of farm tourism and farmer’s community development. This review comprises available literature on this area and gives a considerable understanding of the sustainable commercialization of agricultural tourism and through which the possibility of farmer’s community development. Design: This review paper considers to do organized method to identify the various studies taking place about the Commercialisation of agricultural or farm Tourism. This article is structured with different peer review academic research through Google Scholar. The data collected for the review paper was from secondary data sources like journal publications and scholarly articles. ABCD analysis was used to find out the effects of sustainable commercialization of farm tourism and its benefits to the farmers. Findings: As per the results of the study sustainable commercialization of agricultural/farm tourism is a successful method to revamp the importance of cultivation and to encourage people to agriculture. This study explores the guidelines for the successful implementation of sustainable agriculture and tourism needs to be implemented in different states as a process, needs. And crops of every state are different. This model will create awareness about the advantage of agriculture and reduce the number of farmer’s suicide. Different kinds of financial support can be developed for the implementation of this agricultural and farmer’s development project. Originality value: This review paper analysis the documents on diverse studies about the sustainable commercialization of farm tourism and the development of farmer’s communities. The review paper also emphasizes commercialization’s negative and positive impacts on the tourism industry. In general, this review helps to understand through which the authority can take a decision on sustainable commercialization and through which they can focus on the problems faced by the farmers. Hence this review paper has important in developing and supporting the farmer’s community and introducing a new model of farm tourism. Paper type: Literature Review
