Competitive Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay for Detection of Leptospira interrogans Serovar pomona Antibodies in Bovine Sera

Abstract: A competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) using a specific monoclonal antibody (M898) was developed for detection of bovine antibodies to Leptospira interrogans serovar pomona.
