“…The standard curve for TM was prepared by adding concentrations of 0.15, 0.75, 1.5, 3, 7.5, 15, and 30 mg/kg (equivalent to 10, 50, 100, 200, 500, 1000, and 2000 ng/mL, respectively) to corresponding samples that did not contain crustacean allergenic TM.
