Abstract:The Nb-bearing grain-oriented silicon steel sheets were produced by conventional route and novel twin-roll casting route, respectively. The microstructure, texture and precipitate evolution were comparatively investigated by using electron backscattered diffraction (EBSD) and transmission electron microscope (TEM).
