Abstract: Background: Oral Lichen Planus (OLP) is a relatively common chronic inflammatory mucocutaneous disorder. WHO considers OLP a premalignant lesion. This makes management of OLP important to avoid its malignant transformation. Corticosteroids are considered as the first-line of treatment.
