Comparison of IE3D and FIDELITY simulators for planar circuit design

Abstract: In this paper detailed investigations have been carried out through computer simulations on the reflection and transmission properties at the centre frequency of lOGHz, of 3dB Wilkinson power divider and Quadrature hybrid in microstrip form on 0.1" GaAs substrate. The simulations have been performed using simulators based on MOM and FDTD techniques.
