Abstract:Background: On patient quality of life, stent-associated symptoms can have a significant impact. Related to indwelling ureteral stents, hematuria, urgency, frequency, dysuria, and both bladder and flank pain are the most prevalent symptoms. Among them low back pain and irritative lower urinary tract symptoms and are more frequent.
