Abstract: Background: Acanthosis nigricans (AN) is a skin disorder with high prevalence. Dermatologists usually prescribe topical keratolytic, laser approaches, or chemical peels for aesthetic reasons. Adapalene is a topical retinoid with high degree of success in treating AN.
