Comparative Study Assessing Oral Cancer Awareness Among Undergraduate Students of Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences University, Karad

Abstract: Introduction: Oral cancer has been implicated as a major cause of morbidity and mortality in developing countries like India. The health care professionals should be competent enough to correctly diagnose the condition and make intelligent referrals as and when required. This survey was carried out with the aim of assessing the knowledge about oral cancer among the medical and dental students.
